Vice President of Operations
I grew up in Indiana, and went to Spring Arbor University, earning a BA in Sports Management / Recreation. I have been married to my beautiful wife Sharon (who is a teacher in School District U46) for 17 years. We have two awesome children, Kaleb 12, and Kenadi 7. I am a diehard fan of the Cubs, Bears and Bulls, I also love trivia and genealogy.

My favorite thing about working at Boys & Girls Club is the opportunity to work for such a great organization, that has a strong and meaningful mission, and through that mission has such a power and widespread impact.
What is your favorite memory or moment with the Club over the years?
My favorite memory of the Club, in hindsight, would be the first day that we opened the Club, to look back and see all that we have accomplished, it makes that day so significant.

I was 26 years old, working in Fox View Apartments as a recreation specialist, and I was approached by Scott Pilkerton from the Dundee Township Park District to apply for the Executive Director position of a new after school program in Carpentersville.
If you had to pick one program, activity or event that you enjoy the most at Club, what would it be?
