The Boys & Girls Clubs of Dundee Township kicked off a brand new school year on Tuesday, August 16th. Club members greeted our staff, across eight (8) Club locations with smiles, excitement, hope and anticipation for an exciting school year. Many of our Club members, however, come to us armed with little supplies for the new school year, often missing the most basic of essential school supplies.
Our partners at SAGE Products stepped up in a big way to fill that void for hundreds of our Club members. The SAGE Exuberance Committee (Employee driven team) partnered with BGCDT to collect large amounts of school supplies (pencils, notebooks, glue sticks, folders and backpacks) that were dispersed to our Club members during the first week of Club.
A heartfelt “thank you” goes out to the entire SAGE campus and all employees for the generous donations for our Club members. These donations truly help fill a void for our Club members and provide them with all the tools necessary to start the school year on the path to success.
