Introducing our BGCDT Jr. Staff Program! This program is ran by Maria who is in charge of staff training, and Amanda who works on teen training. Each jr. staff is a BGCDT teen center member. They had to go through the process like any other job, which will help them build the skills that they need to become successful in their adulthood. Members went through an interview, orientation, training, and visited different club sites. Each of them will be working with our elementary members. Eventually when they turn 16 they will be hired on as full fledged staff members and run their own programs. The BGCDT looks forward to what is in store for these new team members!
