The Boys & Girls Clubs of Dundee Township welcomed Ezra Holland, CEO & Founder of the Holland Group, for a Staff Development & Training Seminar on Martin Luther King Day. Nearly 65 BGCDT employees participated in the Development Seminar that featured hands-on training and techniques in creative play, effective guidance, and discipline and leadership development.
Ezra Holland is an accomplished Trainer & Consultant in the area of Workforce Development and Leadership Training, presenting over 1,000 workshops to both the public and private sector. Ezra’s experience and background includes extensive work with inner-city youth, partnership and work with the San Francisco Police Department, San Francisco State University, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and current work with Endicott College in Massachusetts.
