On May 26th the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dundee Township hosted all of our PT & FT Staff at Randall Oaks Golf Course for a Development & Training Session. This year, we also launched a new Staff Recognition for our PT staff during a special Awards Luncheon; highlighting the amazing effort of our PT staff throughout each of our Club Units. Thank you for Unit Directors Erika Kwasny & Maria Ramirez for sparking the creation of this event.
Special thanks to Joe Smedinghoff, Ernie Gamino and Cheryl Wedell for visiting Randall Oaks to meet the staff and congratulate them as well.
The following awards were presented that afternoon:
- 2016 Youth Development Professional of the Year – Rebecca Huerta
- Dedication Award (all PT with 3 or less days of absences in 2015 – 2016)
- 5 yr. Service Anniversary – Dianne Gomez De La Torre
- Program Excellence – Debbie Lowe & Elizabeth Caldera
We are extremely proud of our PT staff and will be inviting our 2016 Youth Development Professional of the Year, along with our Program Excellence winners to the Board Meeting in June.
