The Boys & Girls Clubs of Dundee Township is one of the largest Boys & Girls Clubs organizations in the state of Illinois. We serve over 1,300 Club members throughout the year with after-school programming, summer programs, and athletic leagues.

Ninety-one percent (91%) of our members live at or below the poverty line. For three hours every day, they receive homework help, tutoring, snack, hot dinner, and participate in enrichment programs. Utilizing trained mentors, these programs focus on the core areas of academic and career development, character and leadership, healthy living and life skills, STEM, athletics and fitness, all provided in a fun and enriching environment in which the children thrive.

As A Valued Annual Program Sponsor, You Will Help Provide:

Engaging and effective academic programs to fill the learning gap faced by many of the kids and families we serve through mentoring, tutoring, and homework help. By the time they reach 6th grade, middle-class kids have likely spent 6,000 more hours learning than kids born into poverty.

Good character and leadership skills critical for young people to succeed. Our Character and Leadership programs challenge kids to be community-minded and empower them to demonstrate how they can affect change by working together.

A Cultural Arts programs to help Club members enhance self-expression and creativity, develop multicultural appreciation, and develop skills in crafts and visual, performing and literary arts.

Opportunities to achieve our goals of providing access to technology, developing members’ technical and soft skills, promoting workforce readiness by increasing career awareness and interest, offering job opportunities, and supporting members’ academic performance necessary for career success.
