As a License-Exempt provider, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dundee Township is working with the State of Illinois to provide additional resources to our families with working parents. The additional resources will be determined through the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) application and qualification process that BGCDT will help facilitate as a part of it’s Working Parents Program.
Through the Working Parents Program, qualifying families will benefit from several services, including the cost for:
Please Note: To receive these benefits and savings, your child must already be an Active Club Member.
Follow the CCAP English Form button below for your child(ren) at the same club site, and afterward, fill out this additional Section 4 form here for your child(ren) at a different club site. IMPORTANT: If you have children in multiple schools/club sites – You will need to fill out a separate “SECTION 4” (pgs. 8-9) for Each SITE.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Dundee Township has 23 years of experience operating successful after-school and summer camp childcare programs for 2,000 children annually with School District 300 Algonquin and School District 220 Barrington. In response to our current emergency, and working in collaboration with Huntley School District 158 and School District 300, we have opened a Club site as an Emergency License-Exempt Childcare Facility under IDHS guidelines. We currently are offering essential workers a childcare program. Details of the Priority Essential Workers Childcare Facility Club Sites can be found by selecting one of the location buttons below.
In order to qualify for the childcare program, you must qualify as a priority essential worker per Governor Pritzkers order. Documentation must be submitted that includes: Company name, job title, standard working hours, salary, and frequency of pay must be included in the letter.
